Acoustic Reset  features David Bowen on acoustic and electric guitar – David uses various acoustic styles - flat pick, finger pick, and modified "Travis" picking to accompany his mellow baritone voice.  He applies this technique to the songs of Tom Paxton, Jim Croce, John Stewart, The Kingston Trio, Gordon Lightfoot, John Denver, Paul Simon, James Taylor, Graham Nash, The Beatles, Van Morrison, Eric Clapton, Johnny Cash, America, The Eagles, Randy Newman, CCR, and even Green Day as well as the pop tunes of today and his own compositions.

David’s early song writing reflects the events of “his time" – the "60's," the Vietnam conflict, and the events of today, combining his experiences from the many and wonderfully varied people and places he met and  visited/lived while in military service, and then transitioning to civilian life and new careers.

 

Because of his many travels, David has been so very fortunate to be part of many talented musical groups – rock-and-roll cover bands to praise teams.
